Step 1:  Connect your strap and create a loop. 

 Step 2:  Slide the hook on sideways allowing the strap to bisect the bottom of the hook.

Step 3:  Slide the strap through the gap until it stops at the "T" intersection.

 Step 4:  Then slide the strap into the horizontal top of the "T" intersection.

 Step 5:  Slide the remaining half of the strap into the other side of the "T" intersection.

Step 6:  Installation complete!  Nice job.
